With 16 years of expertise in Human Resources and Business, Kelly Morris is a results focused leader who handles talent acquisition, retention, and solutions that help companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets - their people. She is dedicated to creating a great work environment that promotes continuous growth and cultivates customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees.

Having started on her career path with Dallas County Schools she spent over eight years in their business/human resources department learning the importance of communication, collaboration and teamwork for the company while earning her Bachelors at Texas A&M Commerce in Business.

Kelly then went into the technology industry for two years using her skills from her legal, business, and human resources background to help Unified Connexions through a merger with Sphere 3D.

Kelly then earned the opportunity to become the Human Resources Director for Venus ISD over the next four and half years she has helped shape the district's programs, improved employee relations, and updated them to their new compensation plan.

In 2022 she progressed to the Human Resources Director position at WRA she steered the execution of HR strategies and championed the transformation of HR into a function that proactively contributes to the achievement of business results. To this end, she overhauled the approach to recruitment, policies and cultivated partnerships between the company and employee organizations. She made a huge impact on the company all while completing her Masters in Human Resources Management.

In February of 2023 she was brought on board to ACT Saw Cutting and Removal as Human Resources/Controller, we are excited to have her join our team.
